Garlic grown from cloves we harvested from our 2024 Garlic Season.
They are a hard neck variety.
Mount Hood is a porcelain variety that produces huge white bulbs. The cloves are similar to the music variety but larger. Large, easy to peel cloves have a vibrant flavour that mellos out when roasted.
