Fresh Marjoram

Marjoram is closely related to oregano. It has a subtle sage with pine & citrus flavor. Marjoram does not have that spicy undertone, like oregano, but instead is more fruity, light & delicate.
We use it mainly in our pasta dishes. I made some delicious Herb Soft Bread Sticks for dinner the other night and used fresh oregano, thyme & marjoram.
