Quick Sauteed Shoots
Literally cooks in less than a minute. So quick, so easy, so delicious… Hands down our favorite way to eat Sun Shoots!
Ingredients
- 1 t butter (or oil)
- 6 garlic cloves – sliced
- Sun Shoots (Pea Shoots also are good)
- salt & pepper
- red pepper flakes
Directions
1. Heat butter (or oil) in pan until hot.
2. Fry garlic until fragrant.
3. Toss in Sun Shoots and quickly swirl around the pan until they are just starting to wilt. Turn off heat.
4. Season with salt & pepper.
