Simple, Fast & Delicious. We paired it with cooked Farro.

Ingredients

  • 6 Garlic Cloves – sliced
  • 3″ Ginger Root – sliced
  • 1 small Sweet Onion – roughly chopped
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper – roughly sliced
  • 1 box of Sun Shoots
  • 1 T Sesame Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

1. In a medium skillet, over medium heat, add garlic, ginger & onion.

 – I like to add a few dashes of salt and pepper. The salt makes the onion sweat and will create a nice natural flavor base. –

2. Drizzle with sesame oil & saute until fragrant and onions start to become translucent on edges.

3. Add bell pepper and continue to saute until peppers begin to soften slightly.

4. Add salt and pepper stir & taste – add more if needed.

5. Add Sun Shoots, mix & turn off heat.

– The heat of the mixture will wilt the shoots, but also keep them a little firm. –
